2. Wallet Deposits
- Wallet funds can be used for tournaments and platform services.
- Refunds are only processed for duplicate, unauthorized, or failed transactions.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days with valid proof.
3. Tournament Entry Fees
- If a tournament is cancelled, entry fees are refunded to wallet.
- Entry fees are non-refundable once a match begins.
- Technical issues may result in reschedule or wallet credit.
4. Withdrawals & Chargebacks
- Withdrawals can be cancelled only before processing.
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension or wallet freeze.
