These Terms & Conditions govern your access to ArenaWar (“Platform”), including our website and mobile applications. By creating an account, participating in tournaments, or using any feature, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be at least 13 years old. Participation in real-money tournaments is restricted to 18+ users.
• You must provide accurate information and maintain a single account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• ArenaWar may request KYC verification before enabling withdrawals.
• Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or multiple registrations may be suspended or terminated.

3. Platform Usage & Conduct

• Follow all tournament rules and fair-play policies.
• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs.
• No abusive language, harassment, or impersonation.
• Moderator decisions are final in disputes.

4. Wallet, Payments & Taxes

• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Deposits are stored in wallet balance and used within the platform.
• Users are responsible for applicable taxes on winnings.
• TDS will be deducted where required by Indian law.
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Tournament Participation & Prizes

• Entry is confirmed only after successful payment.
• If a tournament is cancelled, fees are refunded to wallet.
• Rule violations may lead to disqualification.
• ArenaWar may reschedule tournaments if needed.

6. Bonus & Promotional Credits

• Bonus or referral earnings are non-withdrawable.
• Bonus can only be used for tournament participation.
• Winnings earned using bonus funds are credited to real wallet.
• ArenaWar may limit or revoke bonus usage in case of misuse.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Entry fees are non-refundable once a match begins.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

8. Intellectual Property

• All platform content belongs to ArenaWar.
• User content may be used for platform promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Platform is provided "as-is".
• No liability for network issues or device problems.
• No liability for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Account Suspension

• Accounts may be suspended for fraud or cheating.
• Suspicious activity may result in balance freeze.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.

12. Updates

ArenaWar may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Disclaimer

ArenaWar is a skill-based gaming platform and does not involve gambling or betting. All tournaments are based on user skill. Participation in paid contests is restricted to users aged 18 years and above. Users are advised to play responsibly.
