No. If you fail to join the match after receiving the Room ID and Password, ArenaWar is not responsible and no refund will be provided.

Description: Once the Room ID & Password are shared, it becomes the player's responsibility to join the match on time. Missing a match due to delay, network issues, or personal reasons does not qualify for any compensation or refund. Please ensure you're available and ready before the match begins.




RULE 2 ) What if I enter the wrong Game ID or in-game name during registration?

ArenaWar is not responsible for incorrect Game IDs. You will not be able to participate if your ID doesn’t match.

Description: Always double-check your in-game name or ID before submitting. Wrong IDs lead to disqualification with no refunds.



RULE 3 ) What if I am disconnected during the match?

Disconnection due to your internet or device issue is not ArenaWar's responsibility.

Description: Please ensure a stable internet connection and a fully charged device. Matches continue even if players disconnect.
