1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to ArenaWar (“Platform”). By creating an account, entering a tournament, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be 13 years or older (18+ for money-based tournaments and withdrawals).
• You agree to provide accurate information, maintain a single account, and keep your login credentials confidential.
• ArenaWar may request identity or address verification before unlocking wallet or withdrawal features.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, multiple registrations, or other violations.

3. Platform Usage & Conduct

While using ArenaWar you agree to:

• Comply with published tournament rules, fair-play policies, and organizer announcements.
• Abstain from offensive language, harassment, impersonation, or exploiting platform bugs.
• Report unfair practices or vulnerabilities to the moderation team.
• Accept that moderators’ decisions regarding match disputes or code-of-conduct breaches are final.

4. Wallet, Payments & Taxes

• All fees and payouts are processed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Deposits appear as wallet balance and can be used only on ArenaWar.
• Users are solely responsible for applicable taxes on winnings. TDS will be deducted wherever mandated by Indian law.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals automatically freeze the associated account until the dispute is resolved.

5. Tournament Participation & Prizes

• Entry is confirmed only after successful payment and visible registration on the tournament page.
• If a tournament is cancelled by ArenaWar, entry fees are refunded to the user’s wallet.
• Prize distribution follows the format announced on the event page. Breaking rules may lead to forfeiture.
• ArenaWar may postpone, reschedule, or adjust brackets whenever technical or competitive fairness requires it.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Wallet deposits are refundable only under the circumstances described in our dedicated Refund Policy.
• Entry fees become non-refundable once a match for that tournament has begun.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or wallet within 5–7 working days.

7. Intellectual Property & User Content

• All ArenaWar trademarks, artwork, and platform code remain our exclusive property.
• By uploading content (team logos, replays, chat messages) you grant ArenaWar a non-exclusive license to display and promote that material in connection with tournaments.
• We may remove content that infringes third-party rights or violates community standards.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law ArenaWar is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, lag, or technical failures caused by external networks.
• Losses arising from user mistakes, hardware failures, or unsupported modifications.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnity & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify ArenaWar, its affiliates, and staff against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect regulatory requirements or product enhancements. Material changes will be announced through email or dashboard notifications. Continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance.
