3. Tournament Participation

• Entry fees and prize distributions are final once confirmed

4. Payment and Refunds

• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament begins
• Refunds may be issued for cancelled tournaments
• Prize money will be distributed according to tournament rules

Users must:

• Treat all participants with respect
• Not engage in cheating or exploiting
• Not use offensive language or hate speech
• Report violations to moderators

6. Content Rights

ArenaWar reserves the right to:

• Use tournament recordings for promotional purposes
• Moderate and remove inappropriate content
• Feature user-generated content with attribution

7. Limitation of Liability

ArenaWar is not liable for:

• Technical issues during tournaments
• Lost or delayed communications
• Actions of other users
• Personal disputes between participants

8. Modifications

ArenaWar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
