Request account & data deletion

This page explains how to delete your ArenaWar account and associated data from the website and the Android app. It is a public page you can submit to Google Play as your account-deletion resource URL.

What happens when you delete
- Deletion is scheduled, not instant. There is a 7-day grace period before permanent removal.
- During the grace period you can cancel the request from the same place you started it (web profile or app settings).
- After the grace period, your account and associated personal data are purged according to our internal deletion process.
- Some records may be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it (for example anonymised transaction logs); see our Privacy Policy.
Delete from the website (web app)
- Open ArenaWar in a browser and sign in with your account.
- Go to your profile: open Profile from the menu, or visit My profile after login. Your profile URL looks like
/profile/<your-user-id>(you are redirected there from/profile). - Scroll to the Account deletion section at the bottom of the profile page.
- Choose Schedule account deletion and confirm using your password or by confirming your username, as shown on that form.
- To stop deletion before the 7-day period ends, use Cancel account deletion on the same profile section.
You must be logged in and (where required) email-verified to use web deletion, same as for editing profile.
Delete from the Android app
- Open the ArenaWar app and sign in.
- Open Settings (from the app menu / drawer as provided in your app version).
- Tap Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen steps (confirmation, password or username as required). The app uses the same 7-day grace behaviour as the website.
- You can cancel a pending deletion from the same Delete account flow before the grace period ends.
If the in-app option is unavailable due to an old app version, update the app from Google Play or use the website steps above.
Cannot sign in or need help?
Email us from the address associated with your account and ask to delete your ArenaWar account. We will verify ownership and process the request in line with this policy.
